Con pocas excepciones solo utiliz\u00f3 colores primarios y neutros como blanco y negro. Trabajo con hierro, concreto, madera, m\u00e1rmol, aluminio, cart\u00f3n y papel, explorando materiales blandos y duros con la misma confianza y creatividad. Ademas hizo murales y relieves en tercera dimensi\u00f3n con geometr\u00eda y ausencia de color. Utiliz\u00f3 la escultura para decir algo que fuera comprendido r\u00e1pidamente y que el lector lo entendiera a modo de un poema japon\u00e9s.  Fue galardonado con m\u00faltiples premios en Colombia y el exterior por la destreza en el manejo de los materiales, su gran creatividad y generosidad. His minimalist work has made a significant impact on the continent. In his sculptural installations in public spaces, vertical and angular lines prevail. With few exceptions, he only used primary and neutral colors such as white and black. He worked with iron, concrete, wood, marble, aluminum, cardboard, and paper, exploring soft and hard materials with equal confidence and creativity. He also created murals and three-dimensional reliefs with geometry and the absence of color. He used sculpture to express ideas that could be quickly understood, much like a Japanese poem. He was awarded multiple prizes in Colombia and abroad for his skill with materials, his creativity, and generosity. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par de nombreux prix en Colombie et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger pour sa ma\u00eetrise des mat\u00e9riaux, sa grande cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et sa g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9.
